NEWS BITS:

Arielle Carver-O’Neill Joins “Ash vs. Evil Dead” as a Series Regular

It has been announced that Arielle Carver-O’Neill (Predestination) has signed a deal to become a series regular in the third season of “Ash vs. Evil Dead”. She will play Brandy, “a smart middle-class American high school senior whose life is up-ended when she finds herself caught up in violent demonic events.” Looks like Ash will have a new friend in his hometown of Elk Grove, Michigan.

Ash vs. Evil Dead follows:

Ash, the stock boy, aging lothario and chainsaw-handed monster hunter who has spent the last 30 years avoiding responsibility, maturity and the terrors of the Evil Dead. When a Deadite plague threatens to destroy all of mankind, Ash is finally forced to face his demons – personal and literal. Destiny, it turns out, has no plans to release the unlikely hero from its “Evil” grip.

Carver-O’Neill will join the cast alongside Bruce Campbell, Lucy Lawless, Dana DeLorenzo, Ray Santiago, and Michelle Hurd.

The third season of “Ash vs. Evil Dead” should be hitting Starz this fall.
