Friday The 13th: A New Beginning Comes Back to Cinemas on 35MM in January!

Even though the real Jason Voorhees isn’t under the iconic mask in the film, Friday The 13th: A New Beginning is still a solid sequel in the popular franchise. Dark Universe would recommend any horror fan to watch this, it’s one of the best in terms of creative kills and gore effects.

Retro Picture Show is a Long Island based company known for bringing classic films back to cinemas, their upcoming screening is set for Friday, January 13 2017 at Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington, New York, where you’ll be given the opportunity to watch Friday The 13th: A New Beginning on 35MM.

Synopsis:

“Years after Tommy Jarvis (John Shepard) murdered hockey-masked serial killer Jason Voorhees, he resides in a mental hospital and struggles with the trauma of the experience. When Tommy moves to an isolated halfway house, he has nightmares about Jason’s return, and soon one of the patients (Dominick Brascia) is killed. As the body count grows, Tommy begins to question his sanity and wonder if Jason has risen from the dead. But, to determine the killer’s identity, Tommy will need to survive.”

Screening for the film is set for Friday, January 13 2017 at 10:00 PM. Tickets to go on sale soon, which will be available for members costing $18 and Public $22.
