NEWS BITS:

TNT’s ‘Tales From The Crypt’ Revival TV Series Might Air In Late 2017

TNT are preparing to air the new “Tales From the Crypt” TV series, which could be coming back to our screen in the fourth quarter of 2017. The plan came directly from TNT president Kevin Reilly via Slashfilm. And not to forget, M. Night Shyamalan will executively produce the series.

Kevin Reilly on the plans for the show:

“I think it may even be longer than an hour. There’s going to be a half-hour anthology and then a one-hour original show with some shorts in between. So it’s part of a whole block. The original half-hour, sort of slightly comedic, kind of twisted [story] that Night himself is going to direct will be a part of it every week. Then we’re going to have rotating original one-hours. Then we’ve got shorts that’ll be part of it too.”

Sounds like exciting news for horror fans. I guess we’ll all have to wait and see how the new show turns out. Are you looking forward to TNT’s revival of “Tales From the Crypt”?
