UK Gets Ash vs Evil Dead Season 2 This October On Virgin TV

All you fans in the UK who are waiting to check out Ash vs Evil Dead season 2 will be able to watch the show on Virgin TV from Monday 3 October 2016, which is the perfect date with Halloween just around the corner. Check out the official statement from Virgin below.

“Series 2 of “Ash Vs Evil Dead” will be available from 3rd October for Virgin Media TV customers to watch through its TV on demand service and available to all Mix TV, Fun TV and Full House TV customers, as well as existing M+ and above subscribers. Virgin TV customers can still catch up on the first series of Ash vs Evil Dead, available as a full binge-worthy boxset.”

The cast is led by Bruce Campbell (Evil Dead, “Burn Notice”) in the role of Ash Williams; Lucy Lawless (“Salem,” “Spartacus”) as Ruby, who now possesses the powerful Necronomicon; Ray Santiago (“Touch,” Meet the Fockers) as Pablo Simon Bolivar, Ash’s loyal sidekick dealing with the trauma he suffered in the cabin; and Dana DeLorenzo (A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas) as Kelly Maxwell, who, grief-stricken after the death of her parents, plots revenge against The Evil Dead. Lee Majors (Do You Believe), Ted Raimi (“Xena: Warrior Princess,” Spider-Man) and Michelle Hurd (“Law & Order: SVU”) join the cast this year as Brock Williams, Ash’s father, Chet Kaminski, Ash’s childhood best friend, and Linda, Ash’s high school love respectively.

“Ash Vs Evil Dead” is produced by Starz as a premium TV series. Sam Raimi serves as executive Producer with Rob Tapert, Bruce Campbell and Ivan Raimi, along with Craig DiGregorio who serves as executive producer/showrunner. Aaron Lam and Moira Grant serve as producers.

“The second season roars back into action with Ash leaving his beloved Jacksonville and returning to his hometown of Elk Grove, Michigan. There, he confronts Ruby. The former enemies have to form an uneasy alliance as Elk Grove soon becomes the nucleus of evil.”

“Ash vs Evil Dead,” a 10-episode half-hour series, is the long-awaited follow-up to the classic horror film The Evil. Dead.
