Blumhouse is About to Begin Working on ‘Halloween Ends’

While speaking with the folks over at io9 website this past Wednesday, Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends producer Jason Blum, teased some new details on both upcoming franchise sequels from Blumhouse Productions, in which heroine Laurie Strode and slasher villain Michael Myers will return for more gruesome action.

The Blumhouse CEO shared his thoughts on what he thinks of Halloween Kills, and confirms that work on director David Gordon Green’s Halloween Ends will begin very soon.

We finished the second one and we’re about to start the third one,” Blum told the site. “I just saw the second one. It’s pretty good.

John Carpenter is confirmed to provide new scores for both sequels. The third and final film will wrap up the Laurie Strode and Michael Myers saga.

The film stars Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode, Nancy Stephens as Nurse Marion Chambers, Charles Cyphers as Leigh Brackett, Anthony Michael Hall as adult Tommy Doyle, Kyle Richards as adult Lindsey Wallace, Robert Longstreet as adult Lonnie Elam, Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney are returning to play the role of Michael Myers.
