Blumhouse's 'Halloween Kills' Begins Filming Today in Wilmington, North Carolina

As reported via the WECT, director David Gordon Green will begin filming scenes for Blumhouse Productions’ Halloween Kills today in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The site notes: According to a film permit application released by the city, crews will be shooting “news reporter dialogue” at the corner of Carolina and Wrightsville avenues from 4-11 p.m.

David Gordon Green is attached to direct both Halloween sequels, with John Carpenter confirmed to provide new scores. The third film will wrap up the Laurie Strode and Michael Myers saga.

The film stars Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode, Anthony Michael Hall as adult Tommy Doyle, Kyle Richards as adult Lindsey Wallace, Jibrail Nantambu as Julian, Robert Longstreet as adult Lonnie Elam, Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney are returning to play the role of Michael Myers.

Halloween Kills will stalk theaters on October 16th, 2020.
