'Halloween Kills': Jason Blum Still Pushing for an October Release

For those of you who are hoping to watch Blumhouse Productions and director David Gordon Green’s Halloween Kills in theatres later this year, you will be pleased to know that producer Jason Blum has informed us that he is still actively working to bring the film to audiences this October. While speaking with ET Online, Blum told the site:

I don’t know how it’s coming out but I’m hoping and still pushing for it to come out still in October.

John Carpenter is confirmed to provide new scores for both sequels. The third and final film will wrap up the Laurie Strode and Michael Myers saga.

The film stars Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode, Nancy Stephens as Nurse Marion Chambers, Charles Cyphers as Leigh Brackett, Anthony Michael Hall as adult Tommy Doyle, Kyle Richards as adult Lindsey Wallace, Jibrail Nantambu as Julian, Robert Longstreet as adult Lonnie Elam, Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney are returning to play the role of Michael Myers.
