Jason Blum Says 'Halloween Kills' is Coming Out Next October, Vaccine or no Vaccine

We are exactly one year away from the official release date for director David Gordon Green‘s Halloween Kills, which is expected to hit theaters everywhere on October 15th, 2021. Our question is, could the virus pandemic impact its release once again? According to Jason Blum, the CEO of Blumhouse Productions, the film is definitely coming out.

In a brand new interview with Forbes, Blum promised the following:

If this is still going on next Halloween? No, we’re not holding it,” Blum said. “Halloween Kills is coming out next October come hell or high water, vaccine or no vaccine. It is coming out.

John Carpenter is confirmed to provide new scores for both sequels. The third film will wrap up the Laurie Strode and Michael Myers saga.

Jamie Lee Curtis stars as Laurie Strode, Nancy Stephens will reprise her role as Nurse Marion Chambers, Charles Cyphers will reprise his role as Leigh Brackett, Anthony Michael Hall will play Tommy Doyle, Kyle Richards will reprise her role as the adult Lindsey Wallace, Jibrail Nantambu will return as Julian, Robert Longstreet has been cast as the adult Lonnie Elam, Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney are returning to play the role of Michael Myers.
