“Ash vs. Evil Dead”: Lee Majors Cast as Ash’s Dad in Season 2 of the TV Show

Starz just announced that Lee Majors, who is probably best known for his character in the 70s TV show “Six Million Dollar Man”, has been cast as Brock Williams, Ash’s farther in the second season of the Evil Dead based TV Series “Ash vs. Evil Dead”.

And for those fans of Ted Ramini, you will be pleased to know he is also joining the cast of “Ash vs. Evil Dead” season 2. Ted will be playing the role of Ash’s childhood best friend, Chet Kaminski. The last time we saw Ted was in Evil Dead 2 where he suited up to play the role of the possessed deadite known as Henrietta.

Official Season 2 synopsis:

The second season roars back into action with Ash leaving his beloved Jacksonville and returning to his hometown of Elk Grove. There, he confronts Ruby. The former enemies have to form an uneasy alliance as Elk Grove soon becomes the nucleus of evil. Ash vs Evil Dead returns to Starz this fall! We should be getting a sneak peek at it this month at San Diego Comic-Con.

Sounds very exciting, doesn’t it? Looks like we can expect some really awesome surprises.
