'Mortal Kombat' 2021 Reboot Movie Logo Has Just Been Revealed by Warner Bros

A brand new logo for director Simon Mcquoid‘s live-action Mortal Kombat movie has just been revealed (above) by Warner Bros. The project, produced by the one and only James Wan (Insidious), will be unleashed into theaters and HBO: Max at some point in 2021.

Synopsis: “Mortal Kombat is a mysterious, intergalactic tournament of ancient martial arts. A boxer then gets caught up in the fight, alongside fan favorites Sonya Blade, Kano, Jax, Kung Lao, and Liu Kang!

Mortal Kombat, written by Greg Russo (Highwaymen), is a bold cinematic adventure based on the blockbuster videogame franchise. Bringing the legendary property to life on the big-screen is a team of world-renowned Australian filmmakers.

The film stars Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade, Josh Lawson as Kano, Lewis Tan, Joe Taslim as Sub-Zero, Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Mehcad Brooks as Jackson ‘Jax’ Briggs, Tadanobu Asano as Raiden, Sisi Stringer as Mileena, Chin Han as Shang Tsung, and Hiroyuki Sanada as Scorpion.
