'Orphan: First Kill' Image Reveals First Look at Isabelle Fuhrman's Return as Esther in Prequel

Feast your eyes on the first image of Isabelle Fuhrman‘s return as Esther in director William Brent Bell‘s upcoming Orphan: First Kill, a prequel to the 2009 horror movie Orphan. That’s right, Fuhrman will reprise her role as a 9-year-old girl with help from a world-class makeup team and forced perspective shooting. Now, thanks to the entrainment website known as Cinema Bravo, we have our first image of Fuhrman in character as Esther from the movie.

As previously announced, the Motion Picture Association stamped Orphan: First Kill with an R Rating for “bloody violence, language, and brief sexual content”.

In a related post, Fuhrman talked about reprising the role of Esther in a recent interview. Follow our link to read what she has to say.

Orphan: First Kill has the following synopsis:

Leena Klammer orchestrates a brilliant escape from an Estonian psychiatric facility and travels to America by impersonating the missing daughter of a wealthy family. But Leena’s new life as “Esther” comes with an unexpected wrinkle and pits her against a mother who will protect her family at any cost.
