Tom Savini Joins "Creepshow" to Direct an Episode for Shudder, New Cast Announced

Shudder‘s upcoming “Creepshow” anthology TV series is probably our most anticipated horror project coming this year, which will feature twelve segments from major talent in the industry throughout the six-episode season.

In the latest press release details via Deadline, a new announced noted that acclaimed actors David Arquette (Scream), Tricia Helfer (“Battlestar Galactica”, “Lucifer”) and Dana Gould (“The Simpsons”, “Stan Against Evil”) have joined the cast.

Along with the new cast announcement, we also learned that Tom Savini (Dawn of the Dead, 1990’s Night of the Living Dead) will direct Joe Hill’s “By the Silver Water of Lake Champlain” (adapted by Jason Ciaramella), marking the gore master’s return to the beloved franchise.
