Will 'Halloween Kills' Feature the Surprise Return of Dr. Loomis?

Our sources are telling us that Dr. Loomis returns in a Halloween Kills flashback sequence.

Ever since Blumhouse and director David Gordon Green‘s upcoming slasher sequel Halloween Kills had its first test screening in Los Angeles, California this past February, rumours have circulated from attendees about two potential character returns from the classic original. According to one of our own sources who attended the event, the beloved Dr. Loomis is indeed one of the surprise returns in the film’s 1978 flashback sequence with Michael Myers. If this is legit, it will be very interesting to see how they pull off such a scene considering the legendary British actor Donald Pleasence is no longer with us.

John Carpenter is confirmed to provide new scores for both sequels. The third film will wrap up the Laurie Strode and Michael Myers saga.

The film stars Jamie Lee Curtis stars as Laurie Strode, Nancy Stephens as Nurse Marion Chambers, Charles Cyphers as Leigh Brackett, Anthony Michael Hall as adult Tommy Doyle, Kyle Richards as the adult Lindsey Wallace, Robert Longstreet as the adult Lonnie Elam, Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney are returning to play the role of Michael Myers.

How excited are you for the potential return of Dr. Loomis in Halloween Kills? I, for one, would be marking out for that particular moment in the theater. I guess we’ll have to wait until October to see what other surprises the film has in store for us. Sound off in the comments section below this post to let us know your thoughts on the matter.
