Watch the First 8-Minutes of "Stranger Things" Season 4

Thanks to Netflix this week, the first 8-minutes of the explosive opening to “Stranger Things” season 4 has been released online. You can watch the footage in the embedded video below, in which Eleven unleashes her fury. Or did she?

Seven episodes of the show will air on May 27th, 2022 followed by two more on July 1st, 2022. That’s a total of 9 episodes split into two volumes, making it 5 hours longer than previous seasons.

Here’s the official synopsis for “Stranger Things” season 4:

“It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.”
