'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' Video Game Trailer Shows First Gruesome Gameplay Footage

Leatherface and family are back in the first gruesome gameplay footage from Gun Media and Sumo Nottingham‘s new Texas Chainsaw Massacre video game. Ahead of the games’ official release in 2023, witness the bloody return of the 1974 film’s iconic characters Leatherface, the Cook, and the Hitch-Hiker in action in the embeded video below.

The video game takes place when:

Maria Flores went missing, and local law enforcement seemed to stall out in their search, her younger sister Ana teamed up with some of Maria’s friends from college to pick up the trail. It’s time for you to meet our cast of Victims.

Kane Hodder is doing all the motion-capture for Leatherface; Edwin Neal is voicing the Hitch-Hiker, the character he portrayed in the 1974 film. The cast also includes Scout Taylor-Compton (Rob Zombie’s Halloween), Kristina Klebe (Don’t Kill It), Sean Whalen (The People Under the Stairs), and Damian Maffei (The Strangers: Prey at Night) in roles yet to be confirmed.
